Pilates with Gal

Pilates is for everyone. It is a tool to help build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness. Gal creates a welcoming environment where clients of all levels are encouraged to move with confidence, building strength from the inside out. The goal is to inspire you to connect with your body, feel empowered, and leave each session feeling balanced and energized. The classes last for 1 hour.

Cost: €7. Trial class €5

Gal is a certified Pilates instructor with a background in yoga and mindfulness training.
